It's been a while since I've written something on my blog, and it's amazing how many people I know are asking me when I will start blogging again.

It's not that I've written a lot ;)

Maybe it's interest, maybe it's the Web 2.0 hype, maybe just plain being nosy  :-)

Yes I have a very strong opinion on Web 2.0 but I'm not going to voice it right here and right now :p

The Question I asked myself is if I should blog at all. Most of my postings were related to my job at Microsoft. I haven't really shared much about anything else. Not that it matters a lot to me, but the last couple of months have been filled with what some people call "a perfect storm".

And sailing for calm waters isn't an option when weathering a storm, one can only navigate the waves and not go under.

Launching Windows Vista is like driving a high speed train; it keeps on driving, not looking behind, always moving forward...
Just like Windows 2003, Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows Me (yes I did that one also, call it an innocent mistake ;) )...Windows 98 before it; not mentioning the Office Suites we've seen flying by. I've seen a fair share of launches; most of them up close and personal, some from a "distance". But even that's relative when everybody in the company is jazzed up about it :)

Back to where I started, should I continue to do this and should I continue to keep it "IT focused" or should I change my course and shed some light on the person?

Life's an accident you'll learn how to handle it...or is there something called destiny?
Something that brings people back together again and again and again...
Something that bites you, when you think you've got every angle covered...
Something rocks the cradle, and throws you in that "perfect storm"...
